Haven Financial Advisers has appointed Sky Leigh to the newly created role of Head of Adviser Growth and Success. This strategic appointment demonstrates Haven’s commitment to fostering a high-performance culture and expanding its national network of financial advisers.

Leigh has been a cornerstone of Haven for over a decade, beginning her journey as a successful financial adviser before moving into a leadership role as an adviser manager, where she led and mentored a team of advisers.

In her new capacity, she will be responsible for providing leadership accountability, upskilling, mentoring, and support to enable the growth, development, and success of adviser managers, team leaders, and advisers across Haven.
