Pinnacle doubles its NZ presence

Australian based fund business has added a second person on the ground in New Zealand.

James Sharp has joined Pinnacle in New Zealand as as Associate Director.

Sharp has spent the past five years at NZX, where he worked in the business development team supporting listed businesses, as well as a pipeline of private companies. Prior to that, he worked at Barclays in the UK for 12 years, across both the Investment and Corporate Banking divisions.

He also spent two years at a boutique Investment Bank in Frankfurt.

Sharp will be joining David Batty. 

Amongst the affiliate fund managers Pinnacle offers to New Zealand advisers and investors is; Coolabah, Metrics. Antipodes,Hyperion and Resolution Capital.

Sharp says he is looking forward to working with advisers.
