Inspiring investors into action

Ex-pat property guru Dolf De Roos was back in New Zealand, for the first time in a decade, to speak at last month’s New Zealand Property Investors Federation annual conference.

Property guru Dolf De Roos

Dunedin-born Dolf has a property investor rap sheet that would make many green with envy.

The self-described “master in the art of what to do with property” has authored 15 books, spoken to investors around the world, run a programme called Making Money While You Sleep and worked with Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki and John Rohn.

He is also one of the few big-name property investment presenters from the last cycle who is still treading the boards to tell his story.

Last month, he was at the NZPIF conference with the goal of inspiring investors into action.

NZ Property Investor magazine was at the conference too – and the latest issue covers Dolf’s motivational presentation.

Dolf also shared his passion for commercial property investment, which he believes has many advantages over residential property investment, with NZ Property Investor magazine.
