Construction of complex set to start in January

Construction of Lake Tekapo lake house development Bluewater is set to begin in January, with a view to having stage one ready for the next ski season.

Developer Robert Brown said the complex was "moving on very rapidly" and the lodging of an application for building consent this week was a significant step forward.

A major addition to the complex is a "luxury beauty spa", along the lines of world-renowned London spa, The Sanctuary.
