Hamilton: Rental Property in High Demand

A boom has led to a 10 per cent increase in average house rental prices and a fall in residential rental vacancies.

David Kneebone, of Lodge City Rentals, said the rental market was as good as it had been for 25 years. "We have over 1000 properties on the books but we only have six vacant," he said.
