Satellite dishes for state units

State homes in Glen Innes are being fitted with connections for Sky TV and broadband internet services.

Each of three refurbished 12-unit blocks at Talbot Park will have a satellite dish and cabling for the latest internet services.

It's only the second Housing New Zealand development to get the connections.

Housing New Zealand (HNZ) says tenants must choose whether to access the services and pay for them.
