Owning a rental property often means dealing with property management companies. VICKI HOLDER presents her guide to getting a good one.

Many people can tell a horror story about a bad property manager who has pushed a landlord to breaking point.

But good property managers are out there, assures Judy Rainford, who works for Ray White Property Rentals in Avondale and has been managing property for 15 years. She says if you’re looking for a property manager, look for experience in an agency with staff longevity.
