Auckland Property Association Members letter

If you were not at last week's Association meeting, you may not have heard that the committee has decided to provide the new Federation endorsed New Zealand Property Magazine to APIA members instead of KPI magazine.

We are sending you a copy of the first issue of this magazine, however we have been made aware that many of our members may have seen or received promotion material for a new club along with criticism of the committee. This letter has caused a great deal of confusion and concern among members. We would like to assure you that the names and addresses of APIA members were never given to KPI magazine, ESC, Richmastery or any other company associated with Phil Jones or David Hows. The following is background information on the events leading to the establishment of this club, which appears directly related to a decision to replace KPI magazine with NZ Property Magazine...
