Developer chases rental returns guarantee

An Auckland property developer has taken court action over unpaid rental returns on properties at Queenstown and Lake Rotorua.

Tim Manning, of Taradale Properties, last month in the High Court at Auckland succeeded in having an interim liquidator appointed to six companies associated with management of Marama Point at Lake Rotorua, and The Whistler and Greenstone Terrace in Queenstown. All were developed by Manning's Taradale.
