I used the article in the June issue of NZ Property Investor magazine to review my rental property insurance and I think I could get a better policy. Can you recommend an insurance broker or how I could go about finding one?

Congratulations on reviewing your insurance and comparing apples with apples! If you are after just a landlord insurance policy you can go direct to www.rlinz.co.nz to find out about REAL's policy or contact a broker from the yellow pages. If you are wanting a building policy then again a broker is your best bet - many are on the internet, so researching will work in your favour.
