A number of software packages are available for purchase. These are found easily online searching on appropriate keywords (e.g. “investment property software”). Also, you will find advertisements from time to time in the NZ Property Investor magazine. You should consider joining your local Property Investors Association and attending its meetings. You will find fellow investors very willing to share their experiences and give you tips about the software packages they have tried or are currently using.
