Gidday, I need some advice around my next step please. I have owned a rental property in Tauranga for 18 months, it has $150,000 left on the mortgage and is negatively geared. I currently rent up in Auckland. Just wanting you to help to point me in the right direction as I'm currently just winging it, thanks.
